Making Good Connections SOC’s Vicci Saunders interviewed Associate professor Vicci Saunders was interviewed recently on Grand Jury Confidential part of New York Festivals. Saunders is director of WHUR-World, HUR Voice and Sirius XM 141, to name a few of her many roles. Regarding early influences on her career, she stated in the interview: “Storytelling. I love books, music, theatre, radio, television and film. Those methods of expression were electrifying and amazing to me.” Saunders shares that excitement as a professor who has mentored and supported a number of students and continues to guide them through their experience at Howard.
