SOC Faculty named Back in the Newsroom Fellow
Congratulations to Yolanda McCutchen, Media, Journalism and Film (MJFC) department, who was recently named a 2014 Back in the Newsroom Fellow. She will spend two months this summer in The Washington Post newsroom. The goal of the program is to provide faculty and opportunity to experience the changes occurring in newsrooms, share their expertise with partners in the program, and consider ways to revamp their curriculum to help prepare students for the new media workplace.
The fellowship is sponsored by the International Center for Journalists.
